Eleanor is a Solicitor in the Private Client department, dealing with Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Probate matters.
She obtained her degree at the University of Derby and completed the Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School before qualifying in 2009.
Whilst practising as a solicitor Eleanor has also covered a variety of claims under the litigation ‘umbrella’, including personal injury, adverse possession, professional negligence, landlord and tenant matters, boundary disputes, dilapidations, assured shorthold tenancies, possession proceedings and contentious probate including lack of testamentary capacity claims, undue influence claims, lack of knowledge and approval, claims against executors and Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 claims.
