Head of Commercial Conveyancing Fee Earner
We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to head up our Commercial Conveyancing department in our Stalham and Wroxham offices.  As Head of Commercial Conveyancing, you’ll lead a skilled team of conveyancers and support staff, managing a broad range of Commercial Property transactions including Agricultural work as well as dealing with Residential transactions to assist the Residential Team.
You’ll play a key role in shaping the strategy of the department, managing key client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional legal services.
 
Key responsibilities include:
  • Lead and manage the commercial conveyancing department
  • Handle complex commercial and residential property matters
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Support business development and contribute to firm-wide growth
  • Supervise, mentor, and support team members
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
 The ideal candidate would ideally have 5 years PQE with extensive experience in Commercial Conveyancing, proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and excellent communication skills.
Full time position, 35 hours per week, salary negotiable with some flexibility regarding hybrid working, pension and health care cover.
We are situated close to the city in a well-connected area, with free parking available.
