Lindsay qualified as a Solicitor in 1985 and joined Capron and Helliwell in 1995 having previously worked for a large law firm in Bradford.
Lindsay has extensive experience and specialises in private client work including wills, estate planning, probate and trusts. She can also assist with lasting powers of attorney and any dealings with the Court of Protection including the appointment of a Deputy in cases where loss of mental capacity has occurred.
Lindsay is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and the Law Society Probate Section.
